LegalUnite is assisting them exclusively on the following legal recruitment
- International legal counsel big projects, Paris
As part of a dynamic legal team; in support of the Legal Manager for International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships, and the Legal Managers of the High Performance Alloys and Mining and Metals Division, the duties of the position will be:
- Support for sales and acquisitions operations in France and abroad. As such, you will in particular be required to:
- Participate, for their legal aspects, in the constitution of data room and answers to Q&A;
- Participate in the drafting and negotiation of legal documentation of operations;
- Participate in the implementation of transfer agreements (prior restructuring operations, lifting of conditions precedent, etc.);
- Drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts for the High-Performance Alloys and Mining and Metals divisions;
- Assistance in the conduct of disputes;
- Regular exchanges with the other functions of the head office and the subsidiaries, in particular, the contract management function.
This position reports to the Group General Counsel.
Main Profile and Experience:
The person recruited for this position is expected to:
- Higher education in commercial law
- At least 5 years of experience in an international law firm or company with extensive experience in the energy, infrastructure or engineering sector
- Autonomous and capable of working in a team/project mode
- Ability to deal with constraints and manage priorities
- Organized and responsive, able to anticipate requests
- Pragmatic and rigorous Great editorial and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal English, both written and spoken
